I want to know if I want to buy a new Blackberry bold 9900 what would be a better choice: to buy it from wind or the the big 3 and unlock it.( with keeping the possibility of using it with any carrier and abroad)

Buy it from Wind. If you buy from the other carriers, you will not have 3G service on Wind.

How can I do away with the password lock system.it is boring and I want to disable it.each time I go to the option and try disabling it ,it does not work and a small lock shows on the enable icon.its really boring when I'm asked for passwaord every two munites.when I try increasing the password lock time ,the same thing happens as above.can someone help in here.thanks

You posted in someone else's thread, which is considered bad form.

Your BlackBerry has an IT Policy on it from the previous owner. Search "Remove IT Policy" and you should be on your way. If it is a corporate BlackBerry on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) then you cannot remove the lock.
