every time i try to upgrade i seem to run in to this problem and never remember what i did to fix it.

plug the phone in, open app loader pick the connection, and then it trys to connect to the device forever.

i got it as far as trying to back up..... and then it just continued to back up.... taking FOREVER.... i know it will take time but i know it like timed out or something... any help would be greatful
