hi i just got a 9900 white and yesterday it just started goin off and it dosent come on untill i do a hard reset.even with the hard reset it still goes off.i have flashed it and it still does the same.please what is the problem and also what is the solution?

Was it dropped or did it get wet?

How new is it?
