Unhappy email setup not working

Please Login to Remove!

can anyone help. I have just set up a domain with email using UK-Cheapest. I can set up the email to work on my 9900, it keep saying verify email address and password even though i know they are correct. i really need emails on the go so can anyone help me resolve this

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan or add-on or bolt on or whatever your carrier may call it on the 9900?
