I just finsihed transfering all my saved info from my 9000 to my 9900 but my pictures are not showing up that i transfered from the 9000 to the 9900

any ideas how i can get them on my 9900

Does the 9000 have a micro SD media card that needs to be copied? Also, did you copy all of the pictures out of the 9000 device memory (IIRC correctly, the 9000 has some onboard memory for media)..

i didnt have a sd card in but i did loacte where they went too,,,,they were stored in media folder tks for the reply

on another note i am trying to get some apps downloaded onto phone and i downloaded the blackberry app plug in but when i go to the next step to connect your smartphone i keep getting an error saying if you have content protect enabled please disable it and try again,,,,,

i went into option - security - encryption and next to encrypt there is no check so its not enabled

not sure if that is where i need to look for content protection but anyway i keep getting same error message

i even tried and took battery out and put back but no go

any ideas,,,, i would love to download some apps

looks like i need a data plan to download apps wow really,,,,,,have data for email only,,,,, why wouldnt blackberry allow app downloads without wifi,,,, at least free ones anyway

That would be a carrier decision...
