BB 9900 problem with attachements download
 
Hello.
I have problem with:
- downloading attachements
- downloading full email message
on BlackBerry 9900 BOLD

When I reboot the device everything works just fine for a coule of hours. I can open email messages (and download full message thread), I can download email attachenets.

After 5-6 hours email messages still arrives BUT, if the message is long and is partially visible I can not download full message, I also can not open any attachements. The attachements that I could open during the first 5-6 hours after reboot also can not be opened anymore.

Some technical info:
- model BLACKBERRY 9900 BOLD
- service used: BES
- software used: 7.1.0.342

What was alredy done:
- my account in BESX was removed and recreated again
- service books was resend to BB
- my BB device was whiped to factory defaults
and when that didn`t work
- my BB device was replaced with other BB 9900 Bold (it was previously used by another user, he didn`t have any problems with it)

And... afert couple of hours I can not open any attachement or download full message text. It`s frustrating.
I know some people have the same or very similar problem. But I didn`t find solution to this problem anywhere.
If You have any idea how to solve this please share it with me :)

I have the same problem

I have a good guess of what is causing the problem.

My guess is that since ATT has no devices with 7.1, there must be some compatibility problem with the service books. When I downgrade to 7.0, the problem goes away. When I try 7.1 again, the problem comes back.

I think that the problem will be solved once ATT releases 7.1 officialy.
