Blackberry 9900 issue with buttons

I can use the touch screen when i can actually get the screen on, none of the buttons will work. There is no water damage, havent dropped it either. The screen goes black and then when i press the buttons any button at all nothing happens. It will vibrate still when i get a message and the red light flashes but the screen wont come on at all when i press buttons. HELP! :-(

Have you popped the battery out and then back in to reset the phone?

Yep quite a few times. Doesnt work.
