email auto signature not working
 
i enabled the signature in the email options but it is not populating when i clicked on the new email .

any idea ?

my company BES allows me to set a new signature to it

Auto-signatures are not stored on the BlackBerry smartphone itself but are actually stored in the BlackBerry Configuration Database. It could take a few minutes in order for these changes to sync with the appropriate table in the database and this can cause a delay in applying the correct data when the message is sent.

You will NEVER see the Auto-signature appear in the outgoing e-mail. It gets added by the BES once the e-mail has been sent, but you will not see that. If you view the sent message under your sent items, you will see it there, or if the recipient replies, you'd see it there as well.
