Hi, I have a Bold 9930 running BES and Outlook. I have lost my contacts list! But when i manually dial a phone number or text, the phone shows the contact name. Same with email messages incoming and outgoing. I have read several threads about doing restore, unchecking the personal/business lists in option menu in contact section, etc. (My firm's IT helpdesk so far has not been able to help) Even had BB BES people send me password reset. ANyone have ideas?

You may have a filter applied. Open your contacts, use the menu key to select Filters, and uncheck anything you have selected.

Rambo, thanks for the reply and idea. Unfortunately I am still dewaling with the problem. Additionally, I can not add new contacts for some reason.
