BBHTool - No BlackBerry OSs installed

When I startup BBHTool, I get this popup: "No BlackBerry OSs installed - please browse for your OS folder."

I have to manually "Browse" to the OS folder before I do any work with Shrink-A-OS. Is there another way around this, where I can set the folder location?

I think it remembers after you lock onto it the first time. Is your folder in a different location than it normally would be?
