Messages not fully downloading
 

I'm working on a 9900 that does not fully download some emails. There is a BES account active, a gmail, and a pop.
In some emails in all 3 accounts, when you scroll to the bottom of a message and tell it to show more, it doesn't.
So far we've had many tech support calls with ATT, a replacement phone, and now I'm about to get on the phone with RIM.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Even if its obvious I'd appreciate the help.

Do you have "auto more" checked off under email options? If not try that and see if it helps.

Did you try leaving it unchecked? That's how I use it.
