Default jAllLang VS Multilanguage

Hi, I have upgraded only once in the past and don't remember which version I need. Since there is 2 thread with latest OS for my 9900 I was wandering what is the difference in multilanguage and jAllLang version ?
Edit: I want to upgrade to have a stable wifi hotspot from my BB so if the latest version is not stable enough for this can you please poing me to a better one.
