Default CallerID & Encrypted Contacts

Please Login to Remove!

I have an issue with callerID on my Bold 9930 only showing the phone numbers of incoming calls, and not the associated contact name/info. Through some experimentation and some old threads on these boards, the issue happens when the phone is locked with a password. For most, the issue is resolved by unchecked "contacts" in the encrypted options menu.

I'm on BES, and this setting is controlled via IT policy. Is there anyway to unlock the phone during an incoming call, but before it's been answered? For unknown phone numbers, I'd take the time to unlock the phone and allow the callerID to access my contacts to display the callerID name before answering.

I see the option during an active call, but can't seem to find a way to do this on the incoming call screen.
