OK, I have a BB 8820 and now my wife has a new 8310, can I sync both Blackberry's to one computer using Outlook or will we have to switch users on the computer which my wife totally refuses to do? She is computer illiterate but loves her new crimson 8310.

Yes, it is definitely possible. You shouldn't have any trouble. My wife and I have been syncing to the same computer, same calendar and same contact files for more than two years.

Are they on different user accounts, or all on the same one?

That's the same question I have. I know I can have 2 or more BB's on different user accounts, but I don't want to have to do that, however, that may be my only choice.

I would assume that if you want to keep the information in the BlackBerries separate (i.e. You don't want your wife's contacts and calendar entries, etc, mixed with yours) then you would need to switch users. However, if that isn't a concern then you can sync without switching.
