i know about Alt+ESC, while only pop up all the applications running, and the highlighted one is not always the previous one. I am a longtime palm user, and I love the way telemaster works. Is there any keyboard shortcuts or hacks to do various application switching things? such as "back to the previous one".

And, can I designate specific keyboard to activate application just like speeddial?

The Convenience keys can be change to open a program you want.

Go to Options > Screen/Keyboard

Scroll down and you will find the settings for the keys.

As for your other question, I dont have an answer for that sorry.
