Default 8310 Device OS Not Available from AT&T?

Please Login to Remove!

Can anyone tell me where I should find the 8310 OS for download to my PC. Just want to use application loader to install Efile, and Dynoplex is telling me I need to have the device OS on my PC.

Thanks....Jeff.

Jeff, check the Sticky Note at the top of the 8300 section here on this board (for an upgraded OS),

OR go to your ATT website and download what you have now to your PC and install to your PC...

Only if you tell DM to have it upgrade.
