I'm looking to have my name show up as a regular name (first and last) when sending email and also remove the "sent from my BlackBerry device..." signature. If anybody could help me with that, it would be greatly appreciated.

These setting are usually accessed via the BIS web site through your computer. At least with T-Mobile they are. You can change everything from there.

Use email setup wizard on your BB. It will take you there.

I'm with tmo and all it will let me change is the email address itself. I cannot get to the sig to change it. It shows me what it is but will not let me change it.

If you figure it out let me know.
