| "Sequence was entered" password error Please Login to Remove! We have a user on our BES who wiped his device by entering 5 wrong passwords. Once the wipe completed, it asked for a new password but no matter what he enters, he gets the error : Invalid password, sequence was entered.
The policy on his device (through our BES) enforces 8+ characters and at least 1 number, but he was entering (or claiming he was) his name (8 characters) and 1 number or different numbers and it continued to give the same error. Any ideas? |
