Lightbulb Possible to exclude email accounts from Message List?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all:

This is my first posting on the forum. I have a Blackberry tweak question that I can't seem to find information on elsewhere.

I have three separate email accounts any many text messages being dumped into my message list. With so many strings of communication on one list and a smallish screen, this can be confusing.

Is there any way to keep my emails from showing up in the Message List, remaining in their respective icons? All I want to see are text messages in my message list.

Thanks!
M

No, there is not a way to prevent e-mails from showing in the Messages folder. If you are using the 4.2 handheld OS, there is a way to separate the SMS from the Messages folder. It is theme dependent. Once you do that (I believe the option is in Messages > Options > General Options) there will be a new icon for SMS and MMS. Also, once you do that, you could hide the Messages icon and just use the SMS and different e-mail icons to view the e-mail.
