I just read over that page and a couple of others. I don't see a further definition of "unlimited". I would get that CRS's name and ID number, and ask her to NOTE on the account, that she told you "unlimited" means just that, no limit to the data usage per month.

I think this is a new plan they recently began offering (not 100% sure, though). But it does say unlimited. I know of another company that touted unlimited but it was really capped at 4 or 5GB. Even so, that should be MORE than enough data. I use T-Mobiles unlimited plan and the most I have EVER used is probably 60MB.

Rogers.com
Will this increase my BlackBerry data usage?
Answer
Yes, HTML Web pages can range from 1 KB to 300 KB or more. However, the launch of this new service provides a time-limited offer of 3 months Unlimited E-mail and Internet browsing on select BlackBerry service plans, so you can trial the new BlackBerry Internet HTML browser service worry-free!

Question

let's say i will only be paying attention to emails (no serious browsing or instant messaging) - would 25MB be enough each month?

25MBs should be fine for email only usage (no attachments). That would work out to approximately 500 email messages a day. I believe you use 2K of data to just receive the email notification on your BB, so if you delete mail and attachments that you don't need to open on your device you shouldn't exceed 25MBs in a one month period.

The only thing that's unlimited at Rogers is their shamelessness! Don't believe anything they say even if you have it in writing! Ted Rogers wouldn't give his mother a truly unlimited plan!

Mind you, Bell Disability isn't any better!!!

Yes, on both counts. You can also set up email filters so you only receive the mail you need to on your BB.
