Huh. That's pretty impressive service. It's an understatement to say that others (online companies) could learn from this example of how to provide awesome customer service.
While I wait for my 8310, ToDoMatrix (and IdeaMatrix) was one of the things that sold me on Blackberry over any other smartphone. I checked out their demos and I can't wait to get my hands on this. It's just what the doctor ordered.
