Question Size of an email block?

anybody know the size (or max size) of an email block?

I have not experienced any limit.
I think your answer is dictated more by the size limit of your the provider of your e-mail account. For example, if your hotmail acct only takes 10 mb then your e-mails will be no larger than 10 mb

I am not sure what you are asking either. Perhaps if you actually state what you need?

For instance, RIM email pushed to your BB will only include the headers, basically, and not the whole email until you actually open. Then it will begin to download the email. What size is that--hard to tell, exactly since all emails vary in size.

Emails are pushed to your device in 2KB 'chunks' (which is easy to do with non-HTML text).

If you have to click 'More' to view more of the message, then another 2KB is sent to the device.

When we had BWC, I remember seeing 1K chunks. I liked that feature in terms of seeing the size.

wow. BWC used to be the old name for BIS huh? thanks all. i learn new stuff everyday here.. never stop learning.
