Default Need OS 4.1"Memo Pad"

Please Login to Remove!

I prefer the older version of memo that was OS 4.1 because I can type a particular word out when the app boots and it will go straight to "find" it while on the newer version when I type the word, it actually makes an entry in the document. Therefore I want to downgrade. Does anyone have this file? It's about 19kb.

net_rim_bb_memo_app.cod

It can be found at in your directory at:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\"Your Device OS here"\Java

Why dont you just download the 4.1 OS from the blackberry site, install it, go to the directory where the OS was extracted to, and pull the file from there?

I am thinking that that Desktop Manager may downgrade my BB when I connect to it.

Desktop manager will never downgrade without asking you first.
