We haven't recieved emails on BB for the last 2 hours.
We have various users on different carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mo, etc). I was getting various BB router, dispatcher, and messaging errors.
I restarted some services and it seemed to work (Either that or the service came back up at the same time).
Started again at around 2pm. I'm monitoring the event log and after restarting the server there are no errors but we still aren't getting any messages. I suspected Blackberry being the issue earlier this morning and also last week when we had an issue, but when the services came back after restarting some services I wasn't sure. Now I'm convinced there is some kinda outage happening.
This is so frustrating to trouble shoot...too many variables I'm not in control of or can see.
Can anyone else confirm they are having issues for me. I'm on hold with AT&T right now.
I'm on T-Mobile and I'm getting all normal functionality. In fact I have several phones here at work from multiple carriers, Telus, Sprint, Cingular, T-Mobile, etc etc... and they are all functioning as expected.
