hi all i am recieving negative numbers on my call register showing as (-30) next to the little phone icon, how can i resolve this? any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks for the reply, i have tried all of the methods you suggested but this problem still persists! i know it is caused by missed calls but i cant seem to find where the missed calls list is stored.
