| Calendar and DST patches: same or different? Please Login to Remove! Hi, I'm trying to help a client with BB syncing problems. She's syncing to a Mac using Pocketmac, but since I've seen the same issue reported by non-Mac users, I'm posting here. The problem is that all-day events on the desktop get turned into 24-hour events on the BB (1am to 1am, thereby spanning 2 days), which then sync back to the desktop as a different event, causing duplicates.
I've checked the time zone settings on the computer and the BB. I found and installed the DST patch for the BB on 10/10. Her BB had the most recent software as of 10/10. Today I found some mention on the BB site of a "Calendar Patch" that appears to be different from the DST Patch I applied earlier. Can somebody clarify that for me?
I'm pretty unfamiliar with BBs, but I used to have a Treo (using Missing Sync) and recently switched to an iPhone (life is sweet). I'm a Mac consultant so please keep that in mind if you have any advice to offer. Before anyone suggests searching the forums, I've spent hours doing that already.
Thanks in advance.
