Simple question, I'm sure...all of sudden my inbox on bberry only contains today's emails even though emails from many days past remain in my Outlook inbox...did I flip a setting? I can't find it. Thanks

Within your mail, click options and then general options
Look below, you will see a section for "Keep Messages"
Choose the length you want the messagwes to remain in your device.

Thanks, but I checked that and its always been set to 'forever' but for some reason yesterday everything before 'today' disappeared. And then 'today' all I have are today's emails....Any other ideas?

Eastern, check your Memory Free at Options > Status.

It should not affect you on a 7100, would be rare.

Thanks guys, but I checked memory and have a ton. And btw its an 8300, I put in the wrong number when registering here.

Any other ideas? This is really driving me nuts, I wonder if I hit some evil combination of keys to make it do that or is it possible its the device and I should ask my IT guys for a new one??

so here's the latest...at midnight last night it did not delete yesterday's emails, so that's good. But there is still one from yesterday in my Outlook inbox that is not in the bberry inbox...maybe I've got a synch problem?
