Is there any way to not sync my personal emails, cal, tasks, to my corporate server while stillbeing able to sync with my pc at home using outlook?

Yes, there sure is. You should check with you corporate BES admins, and read here for more info:

You can only sync one calendar, tasks, address book, and memo pad. Only personal or corporate, not both. Emails will not sync to the BES server, but if they have auditing turned on they can have copies of your personal emails.
