Default Purchased Used BB and Need to detach it from a BES

Hey,

My BlackBerry was stolen and I bought a used one off of eBay as a replacement. I tried downloading software on it and I found out that it was still in a BES DB somewhere. I called Rogers (the SP on the phone) and they were of no help. How do I get this phone free from the BES?

That's the only way in the above post unless ya know a BES admin who can attach it to a BES and push down a blank policy
