New to the board and world of BB's. I need to transfer Lotus Notes to a BB.
I started a new job and this is one of the responsibilities I have.

Prior to this job I have no experience with blackberries. I have already started to get set up with general items and basic trouble shooting.

I have a new user who needs to transfer her Lotus Notes Domino and we use Enterprise Server for the BB's.

My first thought would be to install Enterprise Server 4.1 on the BB?

I have already done some searching in google but it seems to be too broad a search.

I know that you need BB Desktop manager on your computer and a USB cable to connect the bb. This is also done when performing sync's etc....

Assuming that BB Desktop manager is already installed on my user's machine, what would the next set of steps be?

Thank you for your time and expertise

I don't even know where to start with your post.
Basically, everything you posted is wrong.

You really should visit blackberry.com and read up on what BES is. and how it works. You might even call them and ask to speak to a pre-sales engineer to discuss this. Sounds like you're in way over your head here.

Forget Google for now. You need a more focused plan for educating yourself.
