Default How to / best way? Standard email + attachment that needs to go out frequently?

Please Login to Remove!

I need to send the same basic email out to clients from my BB

I like to personalize it with their name

The email has 3 attachments (a photo / a pdf and a word file)

Q - whats the best way to store that email as a 'template" / draft that I can easily use over and over?

I could really do with a 'copy' email function I suppose..

Many thanks in advance!

Smartview lets you save a substantial amount of text as an email template. I don't know if you could define attachments as a part of the template, but you might be able to do so.

I don't think you will be able to attach the PDF and DOC file from the BB.

There is a product eOffice or eWord from Dynoplex that may enable that, I am not positive it will.
