Default Gmail IMAP

Please Login to Remove!

Okay, I set up my Outlook to use IMAP on gmail and realized one thing. There is two way sync between the two, and it works very well. This is the way IMAP is supposed to work. So I get an idea .... I delete my gmail from BIS, and add a new account using fake information just so I can manually add the Gmail IMAP server. I do that, and it creates the account, and even now has the advanced tab so I can change IMAP settings in BIS. I am assuming now, that I would get two way sync because this is the way IMAP is SUPPOSED to work. But apparently, BIS does not handle IMAP well and we still don't have two way sync. Does anyone know if they plan on fixing BIS IMAP support so that it works both ways? (im not talking about the gmail specific sync)

Don't know but I think RIM/Google will work this out.
