Even though you may provisioned for IC your unit may still have restrictions on it that only give you an SOS when you try to do a network scan in another country. I had big issues with TMO about this as my unit only gave me an SOS whenever i roamed even though i was provisioned for IC. If you have that problem when you go overseas call TMO at 1-505-998-3793. I can't begin to tell you the crap i went through. A 6 month exercise while in Jamaica.
