Please Login to Remove! Hi All, i am a newbie in this forum, my name is Andy, a few months ago i bought a 8800 blackberry from a store in china. I am located in Indonesia, and now the 8800 is just dead with no reason..... My question is , does anybody know where to claim warranty from RIM or blackberry directly, because i tried to send an email to RIM about this case, but no reply, could anybody help?
