Default Dead Blackberry

Hi All, i am a newbie in this forum, my name is Andy, a few months ago i bought a 8800 blackberry from a store in china. I am located in Indonesia, and now the 8800 is just dead with no reason..... My question is , does anybody know where to claim warranty from RIM or blackberry directly, because i tried to send an email to RIM about this case, but no reply, could anybody help?

There is very little chance of it, if you purchased it at some store in China. RIM sells through carriers Was it new?
