I searched this over the threads but didn't find what i was looking for. I am getting some of my Junk Email sent to my blackberry. This is my company email and we are using the BES. In Outlook the emails go to my Junk email folder and i do not have a redirection setup. Any thoughts on why some junk email is sent to my BB? Thanks for the help.
BES is picking up the messages and sending them to your device before your Junk Mail filter has a chance to act upon them.
You should notify your Exchange admin to see if there are any timing adjustments they can make. You might also consider encouraging them to switch to a gateway spam filtering system, rather than a client-side filtering system.
As penguin says, direct your BES Admin to something like this: Cloudmark - Anti Spam and Spam Blocker Solutions. Changing this registry ending delays sending to the BB for a few seconds to give the spam filter time to put the spam message in the Junk folder so it isn't redirected to the handheld.
