I checked the FAQ list, and could not find help on this. In Outlook I can automatically insert a default signature, even select from a list of signatures, into my email. Is there a way to do that in a BB? If so, can you then individualize a signature for each separate email account? Thanks very much in advance.

To have a different one for each separate mail account you may want to use AutoText.

- Click on Options / AutoText and create a new entry
- In the Replace field, type something that makes sense to you (like y for Yahoo email, or msn or Hotmail, etc)
- In the With field, put in whatever signature you want for that account (you can press the Enter key and have multiple lines
- Save the AutoText.

To use the AutoText, just type whatever you put in the Replace field (y, msn, etc) and press the space bar. Your signature will appear.

If you are on BIS, log into your BIS account, edit each email account to add or change the signature there.

AutoText is useful for if you don't want it to always appear. If you ALWAYS want it there, use Dubdub's technique because then it's impossible to forget.
