Home and Work Address in Lotus Notes-Why Only Work Address on the Blackberry?

Hi, I'm an admin. who likes gadgets but doesn't even own a Blackberry. However, recently I added a bunch of contacts to Lotus Notes for one of my bosses and now only the contacts' work addresses are showing on the Blackberry. Is there a way to see the work AND the home address?

Can you help me to help him out? Thanks so much.

Are you on BES? I think 4.0 firmware and software allows the syncing of the other E-Mail addresses.

Yes, we are on BES (not that I know what that means...). I will ask the help center if we use firmware 4.0. The addresses I'm discussing are actually physical addresses, not just e-mail addresses. My boss uses the Blackberry as a contacts database, in addition to using the Blackberry for e-mail.
