Angry Transaction Error - Failure at Service

Please Login to Remove!

Been trying to set up a 7250 on a BES server to get mail. Everytime I send an email message I get this message: Transaction Error - Failure at Service. Cannot get mail either. Anyone get this message and resolved it?

When you recreated the MAPI profile, etc... did it prompt to generate a new encryption key?

Are you using Desktop Manger v4 or v4 SP1?
