Default Delete file off Blackberry?

Please Login to Remove!

I just got the Verizon Blackberry Pearl 8130. I downloaded a free game directly to my handset, only to find out the file was a zip file! Now I can't find the file to delete it. I know it's still there because when I tried to download the file again as a test, it said I already had the file and did I want to overwrite it. I've looked everywhere and can't find the file. Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT**

Turns out I needed to install the older version of the desktop software, instead of the bundled version. I was able to find the file in the media folder with the older version.
