Default One user one BES not getting calander updates

Please Login to Remove!

I have one user on my BES not getting calander updates forwarded to his outlook when a new calander entry is made on his device. All other users work fine and its just update on Handheld to BES. Bes to handheld appoinments work fine.

Any help would be fab...
