You need BES for wireless sync.
You'd need a Domino, Exchange or GroupWise server along with BES on your home network.

The new companionlink software does wireless pim synchronization. I'm just in the process of installing it. It is a paid service so it may not be what you're looking for. I've also read about people using the mobile sync to yahoo and then the yahoo 2 go client to sync to the blackberry.

companionlink.com and 9.95/month. I think the actual software is also around $99.
