I can foresee lint etc getting in ports and between keys. Is it ok to use the compressed air I use on my computer? The reason I ask is you can occasionally get the liquid out and will it damage the screen or ports?

Don't shake or invert the can. The only danger with using it would be blowing particles deeper into the device or if you had to powerful a stream of air you can blow things off. (not likely with canned air)
