Is there any way to turn OFF that little "sent from my blackberry" signature that gets added to all one's emails? I really don't need people to know that I"m able to receive and send emails wherever I am - it's none of their business if I'm sitting at home or out and about.

How about an option to disable it permanently - not message by message.

You can easily disable it.
This has been asked and answered hundreds of times.
A simple search of the forum will direct you to numerous threads which describe the very simple process of changing/removing the signature from outbound messages.
