I use a company-issued 8700 and receive work email over BES. Earlier in the year I configured my personal email setup to receive email over BIS. Since then, my BB has crashed and been rebuilt and I do not remember my username nor my password. I still receive the personal emails, but I receive no alert when they arrive. I would like to fix that, and I would also like to add other personal accounts to my BlackBerry account.

Is there a way to recover both my username and my password? I have tried creating a new account, but because it's based on the PIN, that's impossible.

You can go to the BIS site and request password you just have to provide the PIN
Password will be sent directly to your BB via the PIN

To get username you will have to contact your service provider
