Default How to reload handheld system software

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8700c that seems messed up -- it categorically refuses to install any signed applications. I would like to try reinstalling the operating system, but all I can find are instructions on upgrading or downgrading. I have the correct OS version already on my PC, but can't figure out how to force it to be reinstalled on the handheld (I have searched the forums but drew a blank there, too).
Any help appreciated...
