Default BIS to Google Calendar Invite/Cancel

Please Login to Remove!

Now that I have calendar invites on my 8703e with 4.2.1 I'm finding something strange using google calendar.

When I invite my wife's google calendar it shows automatically with a ? until she accepts. After she accepts it and if I cancel it from the BB she get the email Cancelled: and when opened she can't remove it from the calendar without going to the calendar and deleting it. Inside the Cancelled: email it has " Who: Unknown Organizer* ". I thought google supported .ics attachments?

In the other direction, google to BB, it works as expected.

Don't understand this. I followed the RIM KB workaround to backup, delete calendar database; then delete all but one CICAL, hard reset and restore calendar database.

When using Hotmail or Google calendar when I accept a meeting on the BB the online calendar never gets it. Google says "This invitation is out of date. This event has been updated. xxxxx had previously accepted this event."

Is anyone else seeing this? If I accept the event the online calendar should see it.
