Hi All! I searched the forums and found the instructions on finding the microSD card by re-mapping the drive letters, but I have a different problem...

When I plug in my BB (8100), and open the device manager, my BB shows up but is has an exclamation point on it and the details say that this device is not operating properly (Error code 10)... As such, it isn't even shown as an available drive to re-map the drive letter...

Do I just need to update the driver? If I update the driver via the windows device manager, is it only updating Windows or is it trying to update the BB as well? (Per my post last week, I just got it all working again and don't want to take the chance of messing anything up again!)

Suggestions / comments?

Turn on mass storage mode. That's it. No need to map it. Goto Windows Explorer and use it.

Thanks for the reply... Mass storage mode is already on... (Give me some credit for knowing how to use the search function! ) The card is recognized by the BB, but not by the PC...

I can use Desktop Manager / Media manager to transfer to device memory but it doesn't show the memory card.

The BB doesn't show up anywhere in windows (explorer or computer management) to be able to drag n drop... It only shows up in device manager where it reports it is not operating properly...

Any other suggestions?
