Why does my screen show the phone # (i.e. 5556623434) and not show the person's name even though they are in my address book? But yet when I go to the call log I see them listed by name. Why won't the name come up in the first place on the caller ID screen when they call? Does the number have to be in a particular format (5558871234 vs. (555) 887-1234???

Do you have content protection on? Check in Options >Security Options >General Settings. If it's on, turn it off and try it again. If you can't turn it off due to policy on the device, see if you can exclude the address book.
