Default Transfer files from Device Memory?

Please Login to Remove!

I haven't picked up a microSD card yet, but I have some files in device memory I'd like to transfer to my desktop. When I Explore through Media Manager, I can see the files, but the only transfer options I get are "Send Using Bluetooth" and "Receive Using Bluetooth".

Am I SOL here or is there a way to get them to my PC until I pick up a card?

Thanks.

When you get a card you should be able to move them (provided they are just media files.)

Do you have the Desktop Manager software installed?

You can also do it with Roxio if you have DM installed.

I have Roxio.

When I connect my 8310, I can see the pictures I've taken, but not the files I want to transfer, which are .bbt, .gpx, and .kml from bbTracker.

Is there something I'm missing here?

I think Roxio will only transfer music and pictures. I don't believe you will be able to transfer those via the Desktop Manager.

You should be able to use the Explore feature in media when you get your card to move them.

Hey, I found a way to do this in the interim, from another post.

"Attach File" in email compose and email it to myself. Works great.
