Shalom, I am currently living in Israel and I am using my Bberry Curve on the At&T network for Data only on a worldwide roaming plan. I would like to activate my Bberry to use it with my Cellcom Sim Card for Calls and Data. When I called them, I was informed that Cellcom no longer has Bberries and they do not give out Data settings for them. After a lot of coaxing, they gave me the APN, which is Internetg. I entered it into my Bberry (which is unlocked) and I still cannot receive data but I am able to make calls. Anybody out there have any insights into the whole Blackberry in Israel"issue"? All help willl be very much appreciated.

You have the proper apn setting (as far as I know.) However, when using TCP with the apn settings you'll need to use a 3rd party browser like Opera Mini (www.operamini.com.)

The regular blackberry data services (email, BBmessenger, BBBrowser, etc.) will not work. Those require a Blackberry Data Plan, which your carrier doesn't have.
